I moved to Las Vegas from Colorado with my wife Tanya and my two sons Niko (now 22yrs old) and Joseph (now 19yrs old) in 2003.  After working for many years in the Entertainment/Hospitality/Cruise Line Industry, I wanted to live in a place where I could still perform and still have the opportunity to develop a new career in a rewarding industry.  Las Vegas was the perfect choice for me and my family.    My mother was a long time Vice President with a Major Builder Lender and suggested that I may enjoy becoming a Loan Officer.    After attending loan officer school, I started working on the Builder team for a small correspondent lender.    Fast forward 20yrs, I finally found a company designed with the home owner and Loan officer in mind.   Our service and technology are the best in the industry.   As a direct lender we have the flexibility and capability to get the job done quickly.  I am a firm believer in excellent customer service, fast closings and offering the most competitive pricing.
