Mike Rossman, the professor. I have never seen a realtor or any other service based professional put in the amount of work that Mike Rossman did. We listed our home in July of 2022 when the housing market started to become unstable. On day one Mike met with us at the house and showed us numbers, comps and donated no less than 4 hours to walk through all of the closing paperwork that we would eventually be inundated with when we eventually closed. It was a literal class in the real estate process that has benefitted us on our next purchase in another state. A couple days later Mike's professional photographer shows up to take pictures for our listing. The folks he used were professional, courteous, and had one heck of an eye. 7228 Willow Brush Street 89166 Is the address look it up on Zillow and you'll see. After about a week we had only one showing not at the fault of us or Mike just the instability in the market and higher interest rates were scaring folks away. Mike communicated with us daily. At the begining of week 2 Mike's experience and solid foot hold in the Vegas Valley kicked in and he began marketing to investors in the valley. Week 3 we had a solid offer that was super close to the list price. Pretty amazing considering many sellers were dropping prices in $10,000.00 increments. The investors were lacking in communication and professionalism. Mike Rossman was on it though, he had to chase these folks the entire time to make sure dates were met as relisting in the current market would not have been an option. There were a few items that needed to be repaired after the buyers home inspection was completed. Once again Mike to the rescue! Handyman services were 3 weeks out and Mike was able to use his extensive network to find us folks that could complete the requested fixes within our time frame. Title day: I came in unbelievably knowledgeable about what and why I was signing (thanks professor). There were zero insecurities that had been experienced in all of my previous real-estate transactions. If you are looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and present real-estate agent this is your guy. You will walk away informed and he will get you top dollar on your biggest investment.
